A new study from the Fordham Institute does both, showing that contrary to some popular lines of thinking, experienced teachers do in fact continue to improve their practice well into their 2nd decade of teaching. We also dive into a fascinating story about a teacher in Michigan who is teaching Adulting 101 and 102 to her students.
