We get to decide what our personal fit life looks like and what we’re willing to do to get it. There’s a cost for everything and we just need to pick the cost. Often we boil fitness down to one-size-fits-all when that’s not true. Fitness is an individual journey with individual goals. Defining the goals determines the journey.
