Amy has struggled with sleep and her nutrition for most of her life and they are holding her back from doing some of the things that she really wants to do and being the full version of who she wants to be. We dig to find the source of those struggles, identify why she hasn’t been able to solve them so far, and hone in on why it’s important for her to solve them. Even more, we come up with some actionable next steps for her to start making improvements in these areas.
