Lauren Bencekovich is the founder of Lauren Recruiting Group, LLC, a boutique healthcare recruiting firm that matches outstanding leaders with prominent healthcare organizations. After gaining over a decade of experience in healthcare recruiting, Lauren decided to strike out on her own so that she could support hospitals and healthcare leaders at a new level. With Lauren Recruiting Group, she is able to offer a focused, efficient, and personalized recruitment experience that is tailored to the unique needs of hospitals and healthcare organizations.

 

Lauren holds a BS in Business Administration and an MBA in Executive Leadership. After 15 years in the business, she also has an extensive industry network that she leverages to connect talented leaders with right-fit healthcare leadership teams. She loves knowing that she is making a difference by placing experienced, talented leaders who are driving excellence in patient care at preeminent healthcare organizations.

 

Outside of work, Lauren loves travel, art, learning, and spending time with her family and pets. She lives in Sarasota, FL and enjoys exploring local beaches and soaking up the sun with her husband and their 5 boys, 2 spoiled Aussies, and 1 fat cat.
