Backyard Ultra PR
Support The Podcast & Join The Discord Community. https://www.patreon.com/50kready This episode will recap the SRC Backyard Ultra going down on Long Island NY. In a backyard ultra competitors much complete a 4.17 mile loop on the hour every hour! Faster you go, the more rest you have until the top of the next hour. This continues until everyone quits and only one runner remains. The runners dictate the finish line. This race is not about speed. It is about determination and survival. Its mental warfare and strategy. It's so simple that it will drive people crazy. This year I got myself a new backyard ultra PR! See you in the discord!
