Magical birdsong apps, more pontificating, Danny's memory has got rusty, parkrun take shoelaces up a notch, Nicola shows concern for all our funnels backing up and Danny did a bit of history deepdiving after If I Fitzmaurice Park parkrun, I Sitz Park parkrun.

Etymologies upon etymologies, other fave pods, arbitrary shouts, Nicola celebrates Poppy's non-arbitrary and very much a Thing 250th parkrun at Potternewton parkrun in Leeds and Danny loves all the birds at the hidden gem of Ludlow parkrun, so well hidden it's not in Ludlow.

Kon'nichiwa! It's an A** rated pod this week! Nicola's back from Japan and recounts her trip, with a focus on checking rear ends and the Greenery Day extra at Futakotamagawa parkrun in Tokyo. Meanwhile, Danny enjoyed the delights of Ben's Yard parkrun, Ely in Cambridgeshire with friends and family. There's new CEO chat and much much more packed in.

Sabrina will be happy as the Boys, Boys, Boys return. Production values, parkrace.net, fainting timekeepers, Strava buys Runna, Poképuns and Things, plus Stewart and Danny pop to Penallta parkrun near Caerphilly and learn about pit ponies.

Lads lads lads! Nicola's off to Japan, so Running Is BS's Stewart Harding fills in. There's Map Men, a brief overview of a couple of weekend things, phallic things, Stewart dared to go to Aberdare parkrun and Danny just couldn't face touring for once.

'That' matter. Yarborough Leisure Centre parkrun has a shock. City hypotheticals. Nicola went to Wythenshawe parkrun, didn't throw frogs in bins and wished she'd been sooner. Danny went to Cosmeston Lakes parkrun and needed absolution for a token misdemeanour.
